The surgery is done in our office with numbing of the area. Nitrous oxide is often used.
Surgical crown lengthening involves making an incision along the gumline, reflecting the gums and suturing them farther away from the incisal edges of the teeth.
Often porcelain veneers are made to create a pleasing shape of the teeth.
